The fact that the national lockdown was maintained among the bar operations, hotels, lodges and strict regulations imposed on truck drivers, these actions negatively impacted on the livelihood of this population by putting their young children at risk of malnutrition because they had no source of income to provide for their families whilst they themselves unable to keep on ARV drugs due to lack of basic human needs such as food.
